Delores Cannon, Convoluted Universe 5 is Released

There was a wonderful tribute article to Delores Cannon that was posted on her blog.  It's been a year since she's passed.  I hope you will take the time to read it.  The article is a short profile of her life and her work.  She did so much to help open the minds of others.  A true pioneer in every sense of the word.

Ozark Mountain Publishing has just released her book Convoluted Universe 5 which she finished before she died.  I will definitely be reading it soon.  I'll never forget seeing Convoluted Universe 1 at the bookstore years ago.  It practically jumped off the shelf at me.  I could barely put it down once I began to read, and I devoured many, many more of her books after that.  Once you become immersed in her work, I guarantee that you will never view life quite the same...no matter how 'enlightened' or open minded you believe yourself to be.

Mind Body Spirit Book Review: A Spiritual Evolution

Author Nikki Pattillo is back.  You may remember this author from reading her previous book, Children of the Stars.  Well as they say good things come in small packages, and those were my exact thoughts when I finished reading her new book A Spiritual Evolution.

Written and presented in a very simple and concise way, Pattillo reminds us in her book that we are all on a spiritual journey. Actually a spiritual evolution that is currently taking place on Earth.  As a result of taking this journey, over time humanity's vibrational frequencies have become elevated and we have changed, as a whole, for the better.  This evolution/ascension and it's adjustments have not come without difficulty however.  Bringing together the higher and lower aspects of ourselves can be very difficult for people to do even under the best of circumstances.  How we choose to conduct ourselves and the life choices we make every day determine how difficult this alignment is for us individually.

A Spiritual Evolution provides an overview and explanation of the basic spiritual guidelines and principals that we should all know and follow.  It encourages us to make choices and live our lives with positive intent.  Although Pattillo maintains that she learned these spiritual principles through her Angels, they are also the same basic spiritual core content that you will find inherent in almost any religion or spiritual practice.  To me it really doesn't matter where these spiritual principals originated.  What's important is that we know that they exist.  That we remind ourselves of them daily and try to apply them to our lives.

There is an array of topics discussed in this book.  Pattillo's clear and concise explanation of Karma and Reincarnation is probably one of the best that I have ever read (and I have been reading spiritual topics since my childhood).  There are also sections on manifesting abundance into your life, meditation, and compassion.  How important it is to connect to humanity to help uplift the general consciousness and awareness.  As she quotes author/illustrator Joan Walsh Anglund: "One seed can start a garden; one drop can start a sea; one doubt can start a hating; one dream can set you free."

There are several sections in particular that I enjoyed in A Spiritual Evolution.  In the chapter, Spiritual Lessons in a Spiritual Evolution, Pattillo gives a list she refers to as "The Golden Compass of Spiritual Lessons".  It's basically a spiritual Golden Rule - 8 things we should all remember and try to incorporate into our lives on a daily basis.  Some examples include;  Live life in Forgiveness, Be grateful, and Don't judge others - we don't know what their life purpose is...which gave me pause for thought. Yes, we all know we should refrain from judging others.  But do we all remember that if someone is having a less then desirable life or has had something bad happen to them, then maybe they are actually working though a life lesson?  That one idea alone can completely alter our perception of others, making us more compassionate and loving as a result.

In the chapter Path of Awakening there is a list of 25 principals we should remember that, if applied, will help guide us more smoothly down our life path.  Examples include:  Everything in life is related, No one soul is superior to another, Belief creates, and There is a higher purpose. 

A Spiritual Evolution pulls from a variety of sources and that's one of the reasons why I think this book is so well rounded.  Quotes from Buddhist and Taoist text, Native American belief systems, Christianity and contemporary authors and life coaches.  At the conclusion of the books there is also a list and explanation of the seven archangels that are found in a number of religious traditions.

I would recommend this thoughtful, uplifting book to anyone.  Well done Nikki Pattillo!

Each of us are travelers embarked upon a journey.  Some of us may arrive at our destination sooner than others, and yet others among us may take different, longer routes. Yet we arrive, nonetheless, at the appointed destination for our course.  As set out as beginners, however, we often find ourselves in need of a guide.

The Evolution of the Spirit, by Walter D. Pullen, may serve as an excellent guide for seekers in need of early direction.  The text itself is rich with detailed descriptions of divinity concepts, karmic laws, spiritual bodies, universal planes and more.  Each chapter contains detailed analyses of its contents, providing the seeker with an informative narrative that not only defines these realms and realities, but describes their importance and their role in the evolution of a seeker's spirituality.   It contains excellent but concisely written details of various disciplines and studies and an overall narrative of the evolution of the mechanics of spirituality, and may best benefit the less seasoned seeker looking for a layout of the demographics and history of spirituality. 

Pullen incorporates into the text details of every aspect of the pursuit of the spirit path:  personal mastery, devotion, meditation, sex, love, and even politics.  As the author illustrates, each of these realms is worthy of attention and study, in order that the seeker and/or student may not only further his or her knowledge of spiritual paths, but increase his or her skill and level of mastery, as well.  Perhaps the most important portion of the text to this reader was Pullen's narrative on the mastery of personality; wherein the author describes not only the importance of the mastering of the self, but also of the emotional and intellectual faculties as a whole, so that a balance of power may be realized in order to gain spiritual maturity. 

It is worth noting, however, that this is not a text that can be engaged lightly.  A student must devote time to reading the text, and then, as this reader did, perhaps re-reading it again, with a focus on each chapter as a separate setting.   With this in mind, its quite possibly one of the most essential reads for any neophyte, and the text itself may well accomplish the author's goal, which in his words are "not to say "this is the answer," but rather "to inspire and encourage people more about spirituality"  and to ultimately find their own path.

Book Review: Dolores Cannon's The Convoluted Universe, Vol 1,2,& 3

It was during one of these early sessions that her amazing journey into the unknown began. While under hypnosis, her client suddenly transformed before her eyes – a totally different personality emerged with it’s own vocal patterns and body language. In the next series of sessions she regressed her client to 5 distinct lifetimes back to when she was created by God! Cannon’s life and belief system was changed forever. Fascinated, she now saw this work as a way to explore the history of our world and beyond - “firsthand”.

In the late ‘70’s she discovered that the majority of problems people experience can be traced back to events that occurred in their past lives, instead of their present ones    Over the years she has developed her own method of regression, and is able to quickly get her clients to the somnambulist trance state which is the deepest possible trance state. It is there that she is able to contact and communicate with the individual’s subconscious.

Through her books, Cannon brings us along with her as she regresses her clients back to past lives and beyond. The narrative voice is engaging and down to earth. She shares her internal dialogue as she comes to terms with the strange situations and areas of the unknown her clients find themselves in. The most amazing thing to me, is the shocking similarity of information brought forth by these people from all over the world - all strangers to her and each other. That really got me thinking. Buried deep within our subconscious lies a wealth of experience and information. And the knowledge that we are all connected.

Volume One of The Convoluted Universe transports you to the days of Atlantis, where you’ll learn about many Earth mysteries such as the lines of the Nazca Plains, Easter Island, the Pyramids, and so much more. You will explore parallel universes, group souls, other planets, alien life, other dimensions, and more. Most of all, when you come to the end of the book you will want more! Not to worry there are three volumes, with another on the way!




Volume Two begins with insight into Cannon’s personal journey. You will stand beside her clients as they relate accounts of their past lives in places such as ancient Egypt, Atlantis, and hidden underground cities. You will hear about life on other planets, time portals, karma, star people, advanced beings, aborigines, creator beings, facets of the soul, raising of vibrations, frequencies, the New Earth, and things you could never have imagined! By now you should be brimming with questions and a longing to discover more. Just in time for Volume Three!




Volume Three takes you on adventures in non-human bodies, delivers mind-bending concepts,
and lots of information on the upcoming changes for the Human race There are more insights into previously unknown areas than I can mention here. I don’t want to give away any more of the book!
